Deviled Ham Salad
Let’s face it – the tastiest dishes aren’t always the prettiest, and that’s definitely the case with Deviled Ham Salad. It may not win a beauty contest, but it wins on flavor every time.
If you’ve never had it, think egg salad or tuna salad — but with ham. This creamy, sweet-and-savory mixture makes an amazing sandwich filling, cracker spread, or party dip. And best of all? It’s super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 cups diced ham
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the diced ham until finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce.
- Add the chopped ham to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy on sandwiches, with crackers, or as a dip.
