Deviled Ham Salad

Let’s face it – the tastiest dishes aren’t always the prettiest, and that’s definitely the case with Deviled Ham Salad. It may not win a beauty contest, but it wins on flavor every time.

If you’ve never had it, think egg salad or tuna salad — but with ham. This creamy, sweet-and-savory mixture makes an amazing sandwich filling, cracker spread, or party dip. And best of all? It’s super easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced ham
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the diced ham until finely chopped.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce.
  3. Add the chopped ham to the bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy on sandwiches, with crackers, or as a dip.
