Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges start to soften and brown.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the heavy cream and white wine in a saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Carefully transfer the roasted onions to a clean baking dish, keeping the rings together.
  7. Pour the cream mixture over the onions and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover tightly with foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and roast for another 5–10 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
