Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (approx. 1 lb or 450g)
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut each chicken breast into three equal pieces.
- Place chicken in a bowl, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight for best flavor and tenderness.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the prepared mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
