Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

  7. Assemble casserole: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
  9. Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
