Homemade Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks
These cheesy garlic breadsticks are quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. Ready in less than 20 minutes, they pair perfectly with soups, salads, or a simple bowl of marinara sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) can prepared pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and brush evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper over the dough.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into stick shapes (lengthwise into 7 strips and crosswise into 3 strips). Do not separate the strips.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until light golden brown.
- Recut along each strip, separate breadsticks, and remove from the baking sheet.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
