5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf

Written by Deborah Jackson

I know traditional meatloaf is baked in a loaf pan. That’s fine, but this sheet pan version…well, it crisps up the edges just right. Plus, cleanup is almost nonexistent—just toss the parchment. And if you’re me, tired and juggling homework and conference calls, that’s a win.

This 5-ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf is a cozy, simple meal made for busy nights.

It’s quick to mix, easy to bake, and perfect for family dinners.

5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup ketchup divided
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

How To Make 5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ½ cup ketchup, and onion soup mix. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the center of the prepared sheet pan.
  4. Spread the remaining ¼ cup ketchup evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
