Cheesy ham bread ring baked golden brown, topped with melted cheese and herbs

This golden, pull-apart Cheesy Ham Bread Ring is the kind of dish that disappears in minutes at holiday parties and potlucks. Soft, buttery biscuit pieces are loaded with savory ham and melty cheese, baked in a bundt pan until deep golden brown, and finished with garlic butter and herbs. Just set it out warm and watch everyone grab a piece!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough (16 biscuits total)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Marinara sauce or honey mustard, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 10-inch Bundt pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the diced ham and shredded mozzarella until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared Bundt pan, pressing down gently so it holds together.
  5. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Drizzle evenly over the dough in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until deep golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice or pull apart, and serve warm with marinara sauce or honey mustard for dipping, if desired.

One bite of this warm, cheesy, ham-stuffed ring and you’ll see why grandma made it for every holiday party. Enjoy!
