Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie

A comforting, crustless pie filled with diced ham, Swiss cheese, and a fluffy biscuit base — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup dry biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the diced ham, grated Swiss cheese, and chopped onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, biscuit mix, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ham mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
