Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie
A comforting, crustless pie filled with diced ham, Swiss cheese, and a fluffy biscuit base — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup dry biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the diced ham, grated Swiss cheese, and chopped onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, biscuit mix, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Pour the combined mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
