Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
For the Biscuit Bites
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (standard size – not Grands)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Icing
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
For the Biscuit Bites
- Prep: In a shallow glass bowl, melt butter in the microwave using reduced power.
In another shallow bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. - Cut: Using kitchen shears, cut each biscuit into thirds.
Place the pieces on a plate, separating them so they don’t stick. - Coat: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray the bottom and sides of an 8×8 dish with cooking spray.
Dip each biscuit piece into melted butter, then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and arrange in the baking dish. - Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the tops are deep golden brown.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
For the Icing
- Stir together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle over the warm biscuit bites.
Recipe Notes
- This recipe can be doubled easily using 2 biscuit tubes, double the coating ingredients, and a 9×13 baking dish.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm for the best texture and taste.
